  • 42 U.S.C. 18116: Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, and disability under any health program or activity, any part of which is receiving federal financial assistance, or under any program or activity that is administered by an Executive Agency or any entity established under Title I of the Affordable Care Act or its amendments.

  • 45 CFR Part 84: Implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 - Nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in programs or activities that receive financial assistance from DHHS

  • 28 CFR PART 35: Implementing Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1973 -Nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in state and local government services, including public hospitals

  • 28 CFR Part 36: Implementing Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 - Nondiscrimination on the basis of disability by places of public accommodation and commercial facilities

  • 45 CFR Part 80: Implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 - Nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs or activities that receive financial assistance from HHS
