Educational Materials and Resources

The educational materials and references are additional reading resources related to disability issues that are covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.  These reading materials are additional resources for the Medicare applicant to use to comply with the laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability.  The ADA documents are particularly useful in directing Medicare applicants in the areas of accommodations and architectural barriers.
