Tools for Institutions with Multiple Laboratories

The worksheet may be modified to accommodate institutional needs and is circulated to all relevant biomedical laboratories along with the informational brochure. Laboratory Directors return the completed worksheet to the RFO, who will use the information to complete the inventory form.
