Secretary Sebelius statement on the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act ruling

We are encouraged by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. Public health initiatives, such as cigarette health warnings, are effective tools in protecting young people from this deadly addiction.
