Immediately after the visit to the Genocide Memorial, the U.S. Delegation stopped by a new clinic, run by the Kigali police force, to dedicate a new building.

Secretary Thompson, Professor Abel Dushimiyimana, M.D., Rwandan Minister of Health, lay cornerstone for new clinic building.
