Secretary Tommy G. Thompson announced awards of $35 million to help communities address long term and repeated homelessness. Joining the Secretary at the meeting of the Interagency Council on Homelessness were Secretary Mel Martinez (pictured), Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Secretary Anthony Principi, Department of Veterans Affairs.
