Steven Hooker of the University of South Carolina says people don’t have to do all 30 minutes daily at one time to gain the benefit.
"As long as you are accumulating the total amount of time, fitting things into your daily life by taking the stairs instead of the elevator sounds almost too simple. But even those small steps will add up in number of minutes of activity every day." (12 seconds)
