Today as Secretary of Health and Human Services, I have declared a public health emergency. We’re standing up 40 medical shelters with a combined capacity of 10,000 beds. And we are sending thousands of qualified medical personnel to augment the state and local medical response in the Gulf region. (16 seconds)
