The purpose of these sessions is to discuss issues that are important to Tribal members and involve multiple HHS operating divisions. Tribal representatives will have the opportunity to highlight successful programs in Indian Country and to work with OPDIV staff to determine what budget policies may need to be changed in order to replicate successes.

The purpose of this discussion is to provide an opportunity for Tribal representatives, OPDIV leadership and budget staff, and senior HHS leadership to engage in a discussion about the findings from the Tribal Budget Consultation, and to work together to determine how Tribal budget priorities can best be addressed into the overall HHS budget.
