Description

Through the FOA, the CDC VHI (Vision Health Initiative) will seek to develop programs that help provide a comprehensive model for self-sustaining vision efforts to serve people in need of eye of eye care who do not have access to eye health care and develop a better service delivery plan for referrals together with improved coordination with other state and national programs to increase services and provide expanded opportunities for collaboration.
