Description

Grants are awarded to eligible entities to establish and operate a general training and technical assistance project in each of the ten PHS regions.  The purpose of the program is to ensure that personnel working in Title X family planning projects have the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the effective delivery of high quality family planning services.
