Description | The State Maternal and Child Health Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (SECCS) Grant Program has helped States plan, develop, and implement collaborations and partnerships to support families and communities to raise children that are healthy and ready to learn at school entry.The purpose of this new SECCS grant announcement is to support States in the continued refinement and implementation of the collaborations and partnerships which they have built through their current participation in the SECCS grants program. Applicants under this announcement will be applying for support to continue to develop their activities for up to three additional years.The SECCS grant program, as a Federal initiative, will be evaluated by an independent contractor.Each individual grantee participating in this program will be required to conduct an evaluation of their project. |
