The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to improve the skills of state and local entities or organizations who work in the child death review process and systems and to promote improved health services delivery, risk reduction and public health and safety focused prevention programs.

Eligible Entity(ies)

As cited in Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 51a.3 (a), any public or private entity,including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. 450b), and if otherwise eligible, faith based and community organizations, are eligible to apply for this federal funding opportunity.
