Description | The purpose of this grant activity is to fund a cooperative agreement to support the grantee program addressing Sickle Cell disease and newborn screening as well as follow-up of infants identified with Sickle Cell disease or as carriers.This initiative will provide models, best practices, and dissemination strategies for ensuring optimal follow-up and management of babies identified with Sickle Cell disease and/or as carriers. |
