Description | The primary purpose of these TCUs partnerships is to increase the number of Head Start teaching staff with associate and baccalaureate degrees in early childhood education to improve the quality and long-term effectiveness of education program services to Native American children and their families. These projects must implement academic programs through partnerships between/among institutions of higher education and Head Start and Early Head Start programs (when infant toddler degrees or specializations can be awarded). |
