Description

The purpose of this program is to prevent or delay the onset of use or abuse of illicit substances and to prevent HIV infection and further transmission of AIDS.

Eligible Entity(ies)

Community-level domestic public and private nonprofit entities.  For example, non-profit community- and faith-based organizations, colleges and universities, health care delivery organizations, local governments, tribal governments, tribal organizations, and tribal urban Indian entities.  State and national organizations are not eligible.

Minority populations disproportionately affected by substance abuse and HIV/AIDS
