Description

The purpose of the Treatment Drug Courts (Drug Courts) program is to provide funds to expand or enhance substance abuse treatment services to "problem solving" courts which use the treatment drug court model in order to provide alcohol and drug treatment, wrap-around services supporting substance abuse treatment, screening, assessment, case management, and program coordination to defendants/offenders assigned to these court dockets.
