President's Management Agenda
The President's Management Agenda (PMA) along with the HHS Strategic Plan and the Secretary's 500 Day Plan provide a framework for improving the management and performance of the Federal government. Through implementation of the PMA, HHS has taken significant steps to institutionalize its focus on results and acheive improved program performance that is important to the HHS mission and the American taxpayer.
