Talent Exchange (TALEX), Mentoring, and Leadership Programs

TALEX Program

The Talent Exchange Program (TALEX) is designed to broaden the skills and experiences of acquisition professionals by exposing them to other Staff Division & Operating Division acquisition activities.  Rotational opportunities will be announced as they become available.  For questions concerning the TALEX program or if you have a rotation you would like advertised please contact TALEX Program Manager Ali Pourghassemi for details.

Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program allows junior staff the opportunity to build relationships and avoid common obstacles by learning from experiences of senior staff. Program supports knowledge transfer and skills enrichment thru mentor mentee relationships.  Mentoring supports knowledge transfer and skills enrichment through mentor-mentee relationships.  For questions concerning the Mentoring program or if you are interested in participating in the program please contact Ali Pourghassemi for details.

Leadership Program

The Leadership Program grooms and recruits professionals to fill key acquisition human capital roles. Leadership development enhances individual skill sets for preparation to advance into these roles, which often carry greater responsibility.
