Contracting Officer’s Representative (FAC-COR) Certification
The Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer’s Representative (FAC-COR) program prepares Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) to play a critical role in ensuring that contractors meet the commitments of their contracts. CORs ensure the proper development of the requirements and assist Contracting Officers in contract oversight. Please see the FAC-COR requirements table to view requirements to be FAC-COR Level I, Level II, or Level III certified.
Michaela Link Brown currently serves as the HHS Departmental ACM for the FAC-COR Program and is responsible for administering the program requirements across the agency. More information on FAC-COR program and HHS specific requirements can be found by viewing the HHS’ Acquisition Career Management Guide or by contacting your servicing ACM.
