Oversees building operations and maintenance activities in the Southwest Complex, to include building management, space management, utilities management and related service contracts. Works with OPDIV's throughout the Department to reduce the costs of operating HHS-owned properties, supports the use of best practices in building management and operations and maintenance, and promotes continues improvements.
