  1. The amount of money required to be reimbursed by such agency under section 201 in connection with each of such cases, separately identifying the aggregate amount of such reimbursements attributable to the payment of attorney's fees, if any. Three cases include:
    1. $60,000 (Title VII/Rehab. Act)
    2. $250,000 (Title VII/Rehab. Act)
    3. $455,000 (Title VII/WPA)
  2. Total Reimbursement to the Judgment Fund: $765,000
  3. Attorney Fees (separately designated): $528,000
  4. The number of employees disciplined for discrimination, retaliation, harassment, or any other provision of the law referred to in Paragraph (1): 0
  5. There were no disciplinary actions taken against any employee in connection with the Federal Court cases during FY 2012.
