The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) is supported by an Immediate Office which in turn provides support for four divisions and their sub-divisions:

• Office of Disability, Aging, and Long-Term Care Policy, which has two divisions:
  • Division of Disability and Aging Policy
  • Division of Long-Term Care Policy
• Office of Health Policy, which has three divisions:
  • Division of Health Care for Low-Income Population
  • Division of Health Financing Policy
  • Division of Public Health Services
• Office of Human Services Policy which has three divisions:
  • Division of Economic Support for Families
  • Division of Children and Youth Policy
  • Division of Data, and technical Analysis
• Office of Science and Data Policy, which has two divisions:
  • Division of Science Policy
  • Division of Data Policy
