Leslie Dach serves as a Senior Counselor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where he works with the HHS senior leadership team on key policy challenges and strategic initiatives, as well on strengthening the Department's relationships and engagement with external partners and to help ensure the success of the second Open Enrollment period for the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Leslie comes to the Department with more than 25 years of business, policy, communications, and executive management experience.
From 2006 to 2013, Leslie served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Walmart Stores Inc. where he was a member of the company's executive council and executive finance committees and responsible for a wide portfolio including public policy, government relations, corporate communications, philanthropy, and the company's social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
